A persona is a semi-fictional profile that represents a group of people with similar socio-demographic traits and sharing the same problem as a customer.

We segment all of your prospects into different personas. For example, we can distinguish between the sizes of companies, or the different positions of decision-makers. Then, we analyze audience volumes to determine the best places to find their contact information.

Building databases of qualified leads
After properly segmenting the personas, we do data scraping. Objective: build lists of qualified leads for each persona identified in phase 1.

To do this, we use tools that “scan” web pages in search of data to be captured: emails, LinkedIn profile, contact details, position held, news, etc.
This information feeds your databases, which allows us to create audiences ready to contact, in a hyper-personalized way.

We use the most relevant acquisition levers to contact leads. Our preferred levers are efficient e-mailing sequences and automation on LinkedIn, complemented by other levers to practice reaching the target in several places.

In this phase, we start to structure and automate your lead generation system around your CRM. We are certified experts on Hubspot, and have experience with Salesforce and Pipedrive, but we also know how to adapt if you use another CRM to set up different automations.
Develop an automated lead journey
We create automated and personalized paths for your leads. To do this, we connect your tools together such as your CRM or Lemlist.
For example: automating social networks like LinkedIn (adding contacts + messages) then, if there is no response, sending an email with a Landing page.
